Job Description & Requirements Otolaryngology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $234.97 - $234.95 This facility is seeking twoOtolaryngology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Setting: Clinic. Types of cases:The provider will be seeing patients, conducting new consults and follow ups. The provider will also be doingminor procedures in the clinic. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Certifcations: The provider must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligable. Licensure: Must have active Oregon and Washington licenses as the provider will be seeing patients in both states.
