As we like to say: "Chances are the car your drove to work this morning is equipped with an Aisin product."Position ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:General Purchasing Administrative Responsibilities Data entry of Purchase orders, new vendor set up, vendor maintenance, etc. Resolve issue as needed.Follow up with vendors for missing data, pricing, or shipping information as needed.Support vendor data collection and management as needed including follow up of missing or expired documents, new required information, vendor contact information, etc.Misc administrative tasks, including expense report management, etc.Data entry for various customer, supplier, Japan or plant reports such as minority spend reporting, supply chain information reporting, purchase variance reporting, etc.Review, summarize and analyze various data as requested for presentations or other purposes.Follow procedures and rules for PO order entry and system control, document errors and undocumented procedures to standardize work methods across companies. Responsible for filing / document control for documents in related job function.Prepare reports and presentations as necessary.Work with related group members as appropriate to achieve desired results.Support business activities to improve team and system performance as appropriate.Report major, weekly and monthly activities to the Management.
