Position:
Community Health General Dentistry-with option for more complex cases
Private Group with 3 locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst, and Monmouth IL
Join one other Full time DDS
4 day work week Monday-Thursday
4OPS, 2 assistants, 2 Hygienist, 1 office manager.
General Sedation
20 New patients monthly
Worked with the Underserved
Payer Mix is 70 Medicare and 30% Insurance
Dentures, Crowns, and Wave 1 Root Canal
All labs sent out
Visa Candidates Welcome
Student Loan Reimbursement
EMR-Epic
Offering:
Compensation is straight base $190k (depending on experience), sign-on is $10k, and 401k with 3% match
$2k Relocation, CE $2,500-5days, PTO 15days+5sick days+2 personal days, $5k towards personal health insurance
