AVITA Medical is looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and detailed oriented Executive Business Administrator ("EBA"). l who will report to and primarily support AVITA Medical's CFO. The EBA will secondarily support the SVP of Finance and SVP of Business Development as well as provide back up support, if necessary, for the CEO.

The EBA answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. The EBA will interact with a diverse group of important external stakeholders and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, with suggestions on process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and proactive, anticipatory problem-solving skills, along with administrative skills. They should build professional relationships with internal and external contacts with ease and seek to provide excellent customer service in every action.

Core Responsibilities:

* Provide top notch Executive Assistant support primarily to the CFO and secondarily to the SVP Finance and SVP Business Development
* Back up to Executive Admin, if necessary, to the CEO
* Work with investors and investor relations
* Organize and coordinate full travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
* Maintain a high-volume schedule and maintain contacts
* Prepare and submit personal expenses
* Set meetings/prepare meeting notes and presentations
* Screen and handle calls, provide information, take messages
* Prepare correspondence
* Schedules and organizes complex activities such as schedules, meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities primarily for the Executive Director and Board of Directors, but also occasionally for other staff directors
* Work independently and/or within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Act as project manager for special projects, at the request of the CFO or other senior leadership, which may include planning and coordinating meetings, administrative projects, managing timelines, and disseminating information
* Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
* Tackle ongoing ad hoc projects as requested

* Desire to take on big challenges and can see the big picture as well as the details
* Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills


* College degree preferred
* Three Plus (3+) years of C-level Executive experience in an office environment required
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) is required;
* Professionalism, maturity, discretion and sound judgment are essential to successfully manage the challenges of this position
* Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with individuals across multiple offices, and work independently and efficiently
