Details of the position include:
- Outpatient practice - Triage and symptom management
- Follow up on lab and other diagnostic testing
- Infusion center and radiation oncology on site
- Strong nurse navigator, tumor board and support processes established
- Work as integral member of the cancer care team
- Collaborative relationship with oncologist
- Clinic located on hospital campus
- Strong primary care referral base
