Reporting to the System Director of Performance Management, the Talent Management Consultant will work collaboratively with the talent management team in the creation of the performance management strategy around performance, goals, talent review and succession.# It will also support the design and delivery of competency models, career paths, as well as the design and implementation of goals and performance in Workday. The TM Consultant will partner their HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven talent solutions at the local entities. # Responsibilities: # Support the design, development, and deployment a Performance Management strategy that drives a culture of engagement and accountability, and a Competency model to include partnership across all dimensions of the Talent Ecosystem (recruitment, development, learning and performance). Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices, processes and tools. Responsible, as part of the talent management team, for the delivery of the institution-wide talent and succession planning process. Work closely with the HR Business Partners to implement performance management, succession planning #and other talent strategies and programs across the System and to facilitate talent and performance management sessions Responsible for the delivery of talent management analytics and reporting. # Qualifications Bachelor#s degree is required, Master#s, MBA preferred 5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent and performance management areas Results oriented, possessing hands-on, thoughtful action mindset. Critical thinking skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
